A major update across the platform — a dashboard drop zone that files carrier PDFs to both CASEY and NowCerts automatically, a notification bell with full visibility on background work, a public SOP for onboarding, new training modules, and an AI brain upgrade on every surface. 01 CASEY gets big upgrades

The dashboard does the filing now.

Stop babysitting paperwork. CASEY reads every PDF, finds the client in both CASEY and NowCerts, files the document in both places, posts a Momentum note, and tells you it happened.

Drag any carrier PDF — dec page, endorsement, loss run, NOC, anything — onto the dashboard. CASEY reads it, matches the client across both CASEY and NowCerts, attaches the PDF to the client's profile in each system, and posts a Momentum note automatically.

What's inside the SOP

New public SOP page with the full Safeshield dark theme, org chart, flowcharts, and sticky nav. The morning routine is documented end-to-end: NordVPN → Dashlane → Lightspeed → CASEY → NowCerts → Gmail.

Two intake paths documented: Call / Email and Canopy Connect (with the manual backup). Option A / Option B workflow cards for every scenario.

Team roster is current: Austin (CEO), Eric (VP), Alyssa (Commercial), Marshelene (PL). Jerry Abramson, Lisa, Justin, Fortis Lux, and Erie have been removed. PL re-shopping section replaces the old commission / comp section.

Full CASEY section — what she is, what she does, her automations, and how to use her. Callout on missing downloads reminds staff that not every carrier uses Ivans — when in doubt, ask Alyssa.

PDF export script prints a clean, offline-friendly version for printed onboarding. SAFESHIELD_MASTER_SOP.md lives in the repo as the source-of-truth markdown.
